The delivery or attempted delivery of your purchase should be no longer than 6 working days for the United Kingdom and 11 working days for International orders. If for any reason you haven’t received your item please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. If you contact us after this time we cannot guarantee a full refund, or a new item being dispatched. We have a limited amount of time that we can file claims and track items with our couriers.
